Peter Mandelson has attempted to stop newspapers continuing to scrutinise him over his relationship with the paedophile Jeffrey Epstein.
The National believes that because it's in the public interest, have published the memo they received in full.
The clauses he cites in his request via IPSO, are generally used by grieving family members, or people who have suffered genuine harassment by the press.
Sadly, The National did not take a moment to refer him to the reply given in Arkell v Pressdram.
