Oh that's what is looks like!? You can get it in stores that sell vegan products, but it's only chunks of it in a tin. I've used it for curries once but it was very sour (maybe marinaded in citric acid to prevent it from spoiling?). I once had a tortilla with jackfruit instead of meat in a restaurant and it was amazing.
