The guy who solved it in two hours asked to see original blueprints to see where all the pipes led....realized that the busted pipe the other guy wanted to bust up tile and dig out to fix was a backflow pipe in case the main line got clogged. Said I think we have an old tool that should fix the flow problem....after he fixed it I said you saved us $50k on labor and headaches. He said I really hate jack hammering so didn't want to have to do that for hours.
