I also had phone call success today! I've been trying to schedule with a new specialist doc for a week, but my call always got put in a queue and then rolled over to after-hours support (which can't do scheduling). But this morning I got through and I have my appointment.
Yay for our phone call successes (even though they should never have been so difficult). 🎉
