@NicolasMaduro, like @jairbolsonaro & @realDonaldTrump, knows he lost. Unlike US & Brazil, Venezuela doesn’t have independent democratic institutions to ensure voters’ will is respected. It will take domestic mobilization + diplomacy/pressure from US, Brazil, Colombia & others.
