ThinkPad started doing weird™ behaviour where if I tap-and-hold the touchpad to select things, it won't "unclick" when I raise my finger, I had to tap again. Today, after a system upgrade, it... went away. So it was a Sway software issue that gaslit me into thinking it was a hardware issue. And just when I managed to get used to it. Now I have to undo the getting used to it.
