Crewman Chell may have ADHD. As someone with it, I think Tuvok was maybe too harsh with him. I think if I were to suddenly find myself on Voyager like he was I'd work hard and would benefit from all the rules and regulations but I'd still do better with deadlines and would probably STILL talk too much. To that point, I think Neelix may also have ADHD. #AllStarTrek
