These are the options as I see it right now:

1. Continue running BIP-110. I think if there was no chance that core update the software to prevent this, in some amount of time it would become the longer chain. A chain designed for non-monetary use cases, will eventually die out like every other shitcoin. I don't think this is an option, because in lets say 10 years time we are catching up, they will just change consensus to make it so the legacy chain always defaults regardless of which chain is longer. They already have coerced miners to not listen to us, even if we were to mine more blocks than them in the next 24 hours, I doubt they would cede control to the plebs.

2. Capitulate and say BIP-110 is a failure. I don't see this as an option

3. Hardfork at a blockheight at some point in the future once we have a good plan and good implementation

4. Hardfork at the genesis block and start fresh
