, cause it was just not working anymore. Trying to reset my sense of body structure. Everytime i went into (normie) world,
after the day taking of my shoes
having to reset my sense of self.
Over using force while walking.
So solutions. Time!!!!
I already was a fan of bare feet shoes.
But now i went with grounding shoes.
WHAT A Difference! Clear signal from my toes and ankles. About positioning and forceflow.! Highly recommend!
And no more sense of isolation. Full connection. I can feel myself gain power. While moving!
