The UK Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer seems to have a very conflicted sense of his roots. Remember him endlessly telling us his father was a tool maker to make it seem he came from working class background? How does this square with all the expensive clothes and glasses he takes to try and change his image? He has even used houses of people even more wealthy than he is to give a better backdrop for speeches and interviews.
Starmer is not impressing me one bit.
