I'm nearly finished with Lex Croucher's gay Robin Hood Sherwood Forest extravaganza "Not For The Faint Of Heart" and I'm absolutely in love with one of the main characters.
I couldn't really put my finger on why I liked her so much and, I guess, related to her.
Then I got to page 306 and realized she's autistic AF.
She special interests herself across the Greenwood, pattern recognitionizes her way through her job, and has an interesting relationship with social norms.
And it took me over THREE HUNDRED pages to realize why I was same-hatting with her.
Anyway, I love the book.
