Seriously tho, normal thread construction could be done either way by the client. The way its done now (first post at the top, then reply underneath) is very logical.
Don't confuse threads with the raw chronological feed.
The quoted note within a note case is the weird one - for some reason devs decided to put the referenced note after the reply to it.
