We had planned a walk for this afternoon. Not wanting to take Alonso in our usual direction across the main road, we went down the smaller road towards the lac to see what he'd do.

He excitedly ran ahead for most of the first kilometer, stopping to check we were following, then, at the crossroads with a small forest road he decided that way was more interesting and we parted ways. This is about where he disappeared last time we went this way with him, so it seems to be the end of his territory.
