I'm sick of leftists who have some moral purity test that you must have NEVER EVER IN YOUR ENTIRE LIFE done insert something that is legal, even admirable among conservatives or liberals, but leftists find unethical.

I'm not proud of some of my previous employers. I'm also not proud of some of my previous votes in elections, nor many of the things I've written and done in the past.

I have to remind y'all, a lot of us didn't have the privilege to grow up in leftist households or in towns that taught us that sort of stuff was bad. And we can't pick our childhood. I grew up in a very conservative Christian and right-wing household and town. I survived that environment the best I could by forcing myself to fit in. It has taken a lot of years and a lot of work to try to deprogram some of those biases, bigotry, and self loathing from my brain. They still crop back up from time to time. That doesn't mean I'm irredeemably evil, it just means I'm human.

I have to work every day to become a better person, same as everyone else who wants to become a better person. Feel free to distrust me or even cut me out of your life if that's what you need to do. I'm going to keep working to become a better person regardless because it's the right thing to do, not because I want to be in someone's club.
