Maybe I'm just misunderstanding the graph, but based on it alone it looks to me like Brexit had no effect on UK/EU GDP per capita? Everything's the same until the covid crash, then the UK remained in a lead until ~2023 when it dropped below. That's ~7 years after the referendum and ~3 years after officially leaving the EU. Unless post covid recovery due to the UK's independence is what you're referring to?
