On arrival at Gas Works; I confirmed with members of SPD that the event has a private event permit. The city has pre emptively put in time, place, and manner restrictions thusly;
Individuals who are not protesting are permitted to walk in, but a private security company has discretion on whether to remove people.
There is no “do not cross” line for the general public or the press at this time.
