1/ C has been lying in bed more than half the time in recent weeks. She’s 20 weeks pregnant and very depressed and anxious. I try being gentle with her and then being more forthright to try to get her to engage with life rather than just lying in bed doomscrolling but nothing works. I ask her to seek help and she refuses. I’m working full time from home and her two boys are downstairs unaccompanied watching kids YouTube for hours on end. What a mess. #depression #anxiety
