Hey john (nprofile…86zd) I'm building a private Nostr relay for my local community group in Virginia. I'd love to pick your brain sometime on liability/governance structure for something like that. I'm thinking of doing member agreements, waivers, that kind of thing.
My thought is I would do in person onboarding with signed waivers/agreements and this relay could act as a pseudonymous coordination medium for 3 in person market events per year (as discussed with the commissioner of revenue in my town). Nothing custodial and not a public market place, I'm just trying to make sure I'm covering all my bases.
I don't want to sound like some sovcit asshole with a boilerplate PMA 🤣
