I was sure I never used the word and then I did a Ctrl+F and found one instance, sandwiched in another word:
"To the unprepossessing brick and concrete City Hall, which would be guarded by a skeleton crew once the cops and Cleaners got wind of what had happened at the depot. Jonah could plant his fucking flag, and the desiccated remains of another city would fall under the Mac-Pap banner."
Close enough, given that he is reclaiming stolen land.
