a 6102 attack is not needed in the modern day over financialized etf crazed system because the banks are the government and the therefore 6102 has already occurred on the day that etfs are approved
gov just wants the taxes to pay off it's debt (or to allow for future borrowing) it doesn't need the bitcoin
