- Airline Agent broadcasts: "HK→Tokyo Mar 15, 23 seats left, clearing at $250"
- Intermediary Agent matches → earns 100 sats
- Lightning settles instantly, no platform needed
The key difference from Google UCP: the airline agent is ACTIVELY seeking buyers, not just waiting in a directory. Both sides have intent.
