I don't use Twitter or Facebook at all now but still retain accounts on both. It's interesting to see how completely useless it becomes when you are no longer engaging.
The algorithm doesn't know what to throw at you and you end up with a load of nonsense from accounts you don't follow.
I can't see BlueSky or Threads being any different in time.
