It took me 36 years to realize that I need to give a price tag to my time. Not my employer. If say I'm worth $500 an hour( not due to grandeur but due to my potential of future earnings of such magnitude), I need to outsource things that take my time up and cost only a fraction if someone else does it.

Car wash, movers, cooks, cleaners, lawn guy etc.
