They all handle relay feeds a little differently. With the ones I mentioned above, you can type the urls into a search box. They'll present you with a "go to or browse relay" option. For other clients, I'd need to know which in order to explain it.
I think I will put together a note with all the addresses for my relays and some other ones i like. I'll need to think about the best way to do that so the list is easy to find later. Relay urls are clickable in a lot of clients, in kind 1 notes, but not longform articles or other content types 🤔
