I’ve suspected for a while. Been veggie for the last week other than one meal with poached chicken (roast is out, poached seems to be ok), then I had venison stew for dinner and had stomach cramps before I’d even finished washing up.
In a way, great: I’m getting a better handle on what I can (not) eat. In another way massive PITA, literally, because I now need to re-test the various things I’ve cut out over the last few years thinking they are the problem.
