in whirlpool 🌀 5% fee only applies if you sending 1 single utxo denominated in pool size. but if you sending max of 20 utxos allowed into tx0 then you only pay 0.25% fee and remixes are free forever as long as there is fresh incoming tx0

for example and onchain data does not lie this tx0 only paid .25% and not 5% becuase total utxos that were sent to a pool were maximum allowed of 20utxos therefore fee was only 0.25%
