Wanted to spend some quality time with C last night. I put a film on but she just sat there scrolling on her phone at the opposite end of the sofa as though I didn’t exist. I turned the film off after 10 mins and went upstairs to leave her to it. So much for quality time. She does this nearly every time. Our relationship is pretty broken.
