Injury update post MRI. Physio surprised to see no Haglund’s deformity. He’s pointing out the issue - multiple small tears in the Achilles. There’s a small cyst too and some associated bursitis, but this is fixable with no surgery. Some eccentric loading on the offending foot to stimulate collagen production to repair the tendon and I should be sorted in 3-4 months. Feeling positive!
