It is hard to say what to do about things like the #Canvas hack and centralizing resources in one place. It is constantly a mental block for me on "yeah, *I* host my stuff elseware and have local copies" vs. knowing that I can't expect every average teacher to also do that.
The more we rely on tools like this for the sake of ease, the less technology literate the average person becomes.
But how much tech literacy should be the baseline?
