I use **nostr-rs-relay** which has config options to whitelist certain pubkeys from posting to it or whitelist by nip05 domains!
Only downside right now is it only seems to support SQLite and all other ones look like SQLite or Postgres, looking for something that supports MySQL (as I can get decent MySQL hosting for free 😂)
