I've searched high and low and can't seem to tell what's correct here. It doesn't help that I'm not an Android user.
What I'm trying to determine is if Google Android devices have an option to allow TXTs or RCS (Google's version of iMessage) only from people in your contacts list? I see the option exists for calls, but it's unclear if it exists for messages. Thanks!
