Chad Schultz on Nostr: A disturbing look at heat deaths in Houston after a hurricane knocked the power out. ...
A disturbing look at heat deaths in Houston after a hurricane knocked the power out. Extreme heat with no electricity is something that will happen more often in the US. My takeaways:
1. The climate crisis requires massive action
2. The US needs to invest in infrastructure, including energy infrastructure
3. Don't live in Houston! (Seriously, I know plenty of people who love it, but why would you want to constantly get hit by hurricanes?)
