Bitcoin is empirical evidence of quantized time. Quantum theory and Centralized Quantum Computing threat models break once you remove the axiom of continuous time and replace it with a discrete time.
I would assume Jeff would need physicists to falsify Bitcoin to change his stance in believing such a threat is real.
