Back in the dark but just barely and not for long. Glorious dawn this morning, loads of birdsong, cool dry air. A little tired after a late pickup from the airport but worth the effort. Trying to go easy as tomorrow so none of my normal Tuesday tempo or pace running as it is the pie and peas 5k at Trimdon tomorrow night. I covered a chunk of last year's 10k course but I'm not sure if it will be the same this year.
