Here is my concern about this path:
- If you use AI search, are you certain the results are what you asked for and not what the company wants you to see? I left Google search behind years ago because the results catered more to marketing than a user query.
- If you use AI search, are you giving up the right to self-determination by suspending your mental capacity to spot the results that are meant to sway you in a different direction than you intend?
- If you ask anyone - anyone - if they are in control, the answer is always yes. But are they in control of the AI search?
Also, a note to Jerry 🦙💝🦙 (npub1vtx…e7wk): I didn't know autocomplete had "sled-determination" instead of "self-determination"and "anyvibe" instead of "anyone." It's good to know sleds are sentient.
