How are you? Are you enjoying winter? Are you treating yourself to some warm drink and time by a fireplace? Are you with your loved ones?

I'm very tired. It feels incredibly cold and wet. Everything around me looks grey and sad. It's only war, destruction, hunger and sadness. I don't sleep well, my back hurts, and I've been having terrible stomach cramps. I look tired.
