There is always duality in creations. Good and evil. There is again duality in good. The better good and worse good. So is it with evil. If you know how to transcend and go beyond your rabbit holes of dualities, you will not end up in misery. Your ego identity is your nemesis. Your source identity is not what you think you are in your ego identity. How do you remain fully aware of your source? It is possible only if you become aware of all the garbage you collected within your mind by way of the programming and conditioning you inherited from your parents, society and peers. Disconnect and Discard all the things that were implanted in you. Then you Discover the Truth. It is not easy. But it is possible and it will set you free. Everything else is a sure path to misery.
When you indulge in thoughts, and act by following the thoughts, you are reinforcing your ego identity. Then there will be demand for more thoughts and actions. You get deeply attached to your ego that craves attention and separation. But if you begin to watch your thoughts and examine the energy behind each thought, you become aware of something more delicate about you. There are only two energy possibilities behind a thought or an emotion. It is either fear or love. Critically examine each thought and figure out if the energy patterns are made of fear or love. If it is love, allow the thought to enter. If it brings the energy of fear, allow it to zoom past you. Ignore it. Don't connect with it. If you remain calm, it will go away. If you need to act upon a thought, make sure it is carrying the energy of love with it. If not sure, wait until you are sure. Eventually, you will know how to welcome only thoughts and emotions of love and act upon it if need be. Ego identity will become less and less relevant during this process of becoming aware of your thoughts. Only fear begets ego. Love is so joyful and powerful that it needs no recognition or identity. It is a breeze of happiness and you can't help loving everything in you and others around you. Eventually "others" too don't exist separately as others. They too become part of you. Finally you all become one. The bliss that erupts from this revelation or enlightenment is eternal. Anyone can regain his home by this process of being aware.
