no, the EU app just reads the age information of your ID or passport. It's open source, any programmer can check it's realy this way. Maximal security, maximal privacy, maximal transparency!
Or you realy want your children to grow up watching hardcore rape scenes just clicking "are you 18 yo and older? Yes or no?" on portals, thinking this is normal?
