You might be able to get away with short answers instead of a full explanation. For example:
"It's healthier."
"Because I want see if a new way is better."
"Something has to change."
"It's in nalgnment with my highest dreams."
That doesn't prevent them from asking more questions, but I find it refreshing when people are eager to learn more.
