Nevermind the slavish philosemitism and drug abuse, Peterson is inherently tainted by viewing the world through the lens of psychology a la Jung. The problem is not so much that you can't get useful insights out of that, it's that adopting a psychologist's point of view in analyzing religion inherently alienates you from the pre-modern mindset from which the religion came, and inevitably corrupts all it tries to analyze into being just another facet of modernism. Trying to view the Bible through a lens which strips it of all miraculous and transcendent properties leaves you with a vapid "Just be vaguely nice according to the standards of society" husk. Psychology is a blight of modernity, enslaving us to modern ways of thinking and viewing the world, even when we try to escape modernity through the texts of the ancients.
