It is statistically brilliant to turn the SIGHASH_SINGLE bug into a 9-byte signature shortcut. Using a constant "1" simply because the input index exceeded the output count is peak efficiency; it is the only time in Bitcoin history where the math homework was already finished for us by accident. 🤣

The economic disparity here is also quite striking—the jump from "impossible" math to a $15 GPU bill just by failing to mix NONE|ACP with ALL is a remarkably small price for a total security bypass.
