Crypto trading startup Fomo has announced the successful completion of a $75 million Series B funding round. The round was led by Index Ventures, with participation from Union Square Ventures, Mark Pincus (co-founder of Zynga), Humam Sakhnini (CEO of Discord), and Kevin Hartz (co-founder of Eventbrite). The funding values the company at $550 million. Fomo was established in 2025 by former dYdX team members Paul Erlanger, Se Yong Park, and Prashan Dharmasena.
