Almost every 2 days I use a #120 Ellinger’s Agatized Wood bowl to knead my dough for roti / chapathi. These bowls survived smoke damage. I tried to buy another for a nephew about a year after the fire as he was starting to cook and that is when I realized that Ellinger’s did not survive the pandemic. The company has since been sold and the new owner maintains an instagram presence. I guess eventually he will start producing again, it seems he is selling older stock still.
