Im still learning and Its a rare occurrence but end of last year i had the pleasure of being around one. We played for a hour and i kept knocking her down with the toy sword over and over again. she was smiling and liked it. Subconsciously she liked being held down by a grown man. Thats the best outcome Ive had so far. But It depends on a lot of factors. If its a random stranger then I glance at them as much as i think i can get away with it. If its in a setting where Im interacting then the skys the limit I suppose. But having a game or toy ready to play will make it way easier.
