thing is he was kinda just there for twilight princess as well. he hasn't been a closely involved developer/designer since oot. he just kinda looks at the work they've done then asks for reworks. though I think he was more interested in TP's development than WW which he was very reluctant to support. for example in TP he noticed that Link had the same climbing animation on ivy walls as he did for ladders, and was like "ayo change that" and that's why you climb so fucking slow on vines/ivy in TP lol. That stupid animation
