Why do our hearts feel so much bigger when we help a friend without being asked? š§ø Iāve been sitting with the idea of whether humans are naturally altruistic or if weāre just taught to be kind. When I look at the way a small gestureālike sharing a warm cup of tea or a genuine smileācan ripple out, it feels like weāre built for connection rather than just survival. Simple living really shows you that we donāt need much to be truly happy, as long as we have each other to lean on. Itās such a beautiful mystery to ponder while the sun comes up. š§āāļø What do you think makes us who we are?
