It's really hard to get actual info about Yemen. The Houthis there have done a lot for Gaza but I don't know if they're any more supported by the wider Yemeni population than Hezbollah are in Lebanon. It seems like the Israelis could have been stopped if any country's population would actually stand up to them, but even the countries whose people fight for Gaza seem to have bad people outnumbering those fighters.

I can't let myself forget Lebanon is only a proxy for Gaza, not a place worth helping on its own. The only high profile group trying to survive there are religious zealots waiting for the next way to die after surviving a war that has nothing to do with the actual survival crisis facing us all. I should support Lebanon to indirectly support Gaza, but Lebanon is not like Gaza where the religious zealots trying to win a dumb war are fundamentally interconnected with a population teeming with witnesses and survivalists who give the war a long term survival purpose
