I did the biggest new employee onboarding I’ve handled so far today - five people, all on the same meeting. I’ve only handled at most three. I’ve been pushing for more group onboardings at work since the IT Specialists are spread kind of thin, and so handling this was very important to me. I was even able to get some one on one time with each of them to resolve some issues that came up.
However, tonight, my brain is EXHAUSTED. I am making a cup of ramen and watching YouTube.
