It seems to me that most social communications are all about spectacle and deception: the theatrical trickery of individuals donning masks that flicker open and shut, pulling in the gaze of a population hellbent on consumption, without ever really showing anything.
Whereas #nostr may provide the perfect antithesis. Where the cultivation of the inner self is paramount and can be achieved through discipline, earnest dialogue, and hard work. A place where the donning of “masks” is both futile and disincentivized.
