Well… it worked for her. She is definitely to the right of Kamala Harris, and she won her state while Harris lost there.
I disagree with her on some things. But if we want to get a Democratic majority in Congress, we’re probably gonna have to tolerate a few Slotkins. She’s better than somebody like Joe Manchin, and she’s WAY better than any GOP candidate.
You want to win a fight with the GOP, you’re going to need all the allies you can get.
Nationally we need candidates with progressive policies to increase Dem turnout. But in some states, maybe we’re gonna need some “centrists” or we will be ceding those seats to the GOP.
